  Called with an emergency and was fit in right away despite it being Monday morning and very busy already. Everyone was very professional and compassionate, went out of their way to help me. Nice to know my baby is in good hands.

  Called to get an appt for my little morky dog who has hurt her leg and is hopping along on three legs. They told me they are fully booked until Sept. 28th. Couldn't accommodate my injured dog. Didn't even try. Person who answered the phone wasnt very friendly or helpful or provided any alternatives. She was in a hurry to get me off the phone.

  Not only the best veterinarian in Port Alberni, but actually the best vet I have ever been to. To start, I didn't feel like I was being sold anything, I did not feel like the veterinarian was in it for my wallet at all. There was genuine concern and care for my dog and his problem. My dog was given a very thorough examination and I felt that the vet was very careful, gentle, and kind. I felt that I was listened to carefully when I was describing every aspect of the problem that I was aware of. I was able to learn some new things and information about dog health in general was shared freely with me. The whole place is kept very clean and sanitary, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the veterinarian that I saw was honest, knowledgable, proffesional, and caring. I was absolutely not left in any ambiguity regarding my dog's health problem. I am very grateful to have found this clinic. If I can help it, I will never go to another vet, this is the one. I will absolutely be recommending this place to others.

  Kathleen is amazing here!! I have been to multiple vets in Port Alberni - and Manzini is one of the rare ones who doesn't seem to be financially motivated - charging astronomical fees and such during stressful times. The team here genuinely care about the owners and the animals well being!! Keep up the awesome work you guys!!!
